Spinning and Weaving

Always wanted to learn how to make your own yarn, now is your chance.  Learning  the basics of using a drop spindle; how to draft, spin and ply with Maggie Glossop.

This is an introduction to spinning wheels - the various types  and how they work. In this workshop you will learn the basics of wheel spinning: drafting, twist insertion and diameter control.

Come and make  a beautiful scarf while learning the basics of weaving on a rigid heddle loom. We will warp up and weave a scarf in this 3 hour class. No experience necessary. Supplies included. Cost $73.45
