shipping update
With the exception of orders that can only be reasonably shipped via Canada Post, all orders will be sent via UPS or Purolator until we are sure that your parcels won't get stuck in limbo.
If your order is one of the few that needs to be shipped via Canada Post, we will contact you with whatever alternative solutions we can provide.
Our two carriers suggest the following cutoff dates for orders likely to reach their destination by Christmas (please note that due to volume created by the strike, it is always better to order early!):
Local (Ottawa area): December 19, 2024
Ontario-wide: December 18, 2024
Canada-wide: December 15, 2024
