Intro to Knitting Part 1: Sunday, March 1, 8 & 15: 10am - 12pm
This introduction-level class is for those who want to learn to knit, as well as for those who want a refresher after having put down the needles some time ago. This class is predominantly instructional, and will get you started on a beginner-level project on which you can practice your newfound skills.
What You'll Learn: This class will teach you the basics of knitting and following a pattern. You will learn:
- the knit stitch
- the purl stitch
- casting on
- casting off
Required Skills: This is a beginner-level class, and as such, no prior knowledge of knitting is expected.
What to Bring: The materials you need will be provided, and are included in the price of this class.

cancellation policy
Cancelled classes may be refunded to store credit if we receive notification 14 days in advance of the first class. If the cancellation is within two weeks of the start date of the first class, a refund to store credit will be issued only if we are able to fill the spot.
Very last minute cancellations (within 48 hours) are not eligible for refund in any form, as it does not allow us fair time to attempt to fill the spot.
We do not offer partial or full refund, in the form of store credit or alternate dates, for missed classes unless they are cancelled by the shop due to weather or similar calamity.
This policy is to let us keep prices as low as possible while ensuring that our instructors are fairly compensated for the time spent prepping and teaching their classes.
