Terms of service

All transactions are charged in Canadian dollars. Our orders are shipped from our Ottawa store, and we aim to ship all orders within two to three business days at the latest.  If an item is out of stock, we will contact you by email as soon as possible. All sales taxes are automatically charged based on your shipping address. We are not able to offer guild discounts on online orders.

When your order is shipped, you should receive a tracking number and link where you can keep appraised of the progress of your parcel.

All effort is made to ensure that yarn colours are accurate, however, due to difference in dye lots and monitor display, this is not always possible. While we do our best to ensure that all the information on our website is accurate, in the event of errors we reserve the right to correct and update information and policies at any time. If this is likely to affect your satisfaction with your order, we will contact you by email.
