Like the look of cabled fabric, but not sure how that magic is done?  Join us for an introductory class in working these textured stitches.  We'll dive into how knit stitches are worked to give you an understanding of how cables are formed in knitting.

What you'll learn
The class project will be a cup cozy with several basic cables to give lots of practice in starting to manipulate stitches to move them on the surface of the fabric.  This project is worked in the round.
What to bring
Recommended yarn is worsted weight (less than 50g), recommended needle size is 4mm.
Required skills
Participants should be able to knit, purl, cast on and work in the round before taking this class.  Style for working small circumferences in the round is knitters' choice: dpns, magic loop or 2 circs as you prefer.
