Let's get into the holiday spirit with our Make Your Own Colorwork Christmas Ball workshop! In this special session for intermediate knitters, you’ll learn to create a beautiful, hand-knitted Nordic ornament perfect for decorating your home or gifting to loved ones.
What You’ll Learn:
This workshop will guide you through:
- Stranded colorwork for beautiful, intricate designs
- Knitting with double-pointed needles
- Following charts to complete patterns
- Steam blocking to give your ornament a polished, professional finish
Skill Level:
This workshop is designed for intermediate knitters who are comfortable with casting on and off, knitting, and making increases and decreases.
What's included:
stuffing for your ornament
a copy of the pattern
What to Bring:
2 balls of fingering-weight yarn in contrasting colors
1 set of 2.75mm double-pointed needles
All materials are available to purchase at Wabi Sabi, but you are of course welcome to bring your own if you have some in your stash that you'd like to use up!

Cancelled classes may be refunded to store credit if we receive notification 14 days in advance of the first class. If the cancellation is within two weeks of the start date of the first class, a refund to store credit will be issued only if we are able to fill the spot.
