Please remember when ordering yarn winding that it takes time.  While we always strive to ship orders the same day that they are received, if your order comes when we are busy (such as during a trunk show), it may take several days for us to have time to prepare your yarn for you, especially if you need several balls wound.  Please be prepared to be patient!
