Living just a few miles north of NYC, on the Long Island Sound, I dug out the half finished yoke of this tee when the snow was deep, back in February. As I walked my friendly giant of a dog in the snow, I would look out over the Sound to Long Island and dream of summer sun, cocktails and Long Island Iced Tea’s ;) And so the name was conceived!
