Ananas is an ideal choice for spring and summer garments, as it is made entirely of natural fibres that remain breathable and cool in warm weather. The pineapple fibres are obtained from the leaves of pineapple plants, which are normally considered waste and are often burned. Instead, these fibres are now being processed sustainably, without the use of chemicals or bleach. Created using an enzyme and mechanical process, these give the yarn a slightly rustic look without making it scratchy.

lyocell
Lyocell is a semi-synthetic fabric made from wood pulp that's used to make clothing and other textiles. It's known for being soft, breathable, and durable. Lyocell is considered a more sustainable alternative to fabrics like cotton and polyester. -
pineapple fibre
Pineapple leaves have long been used to make fibre, particularly in the Philippines. Nipis fabrics were esteemed as exotic and sumptuous. As a fibre, it is a lightweight fabric with some stiffness, a smooth silk-like texture, and a sheer appearance.
