Nilli Nilli is a chenille yarn: a construction where fibres are attached perpendicular to a core, creating a soft, velvety pile. In 100% polyester it's very washable and holds its texture well through use, making it particularly good for toys and amigurumi where durability matters. The small 25g ball size is practical for projects that only need a touch of chenille texture rather than a full skein commitment. Note that chenille can be prone to "worming": where loops pull out of the fabric: so it's best used in simpler stitch patterns rather than complex textured work.
