If we do not have this item in stock, we will add your item to our next order with Ashford. You will be contacted within a few days, to give you an idea of when that order is likely to be placed and to confirm that the timeline is acceptable on your end. Alternately, we can make arrangements for the supplier to drop ship the item directly to your home. As soon as your item arrives at the shop, you will be notified for pickup or with a tracking number once we ship your order to you.

If you change your mind and would like your item refunded before the order is placed with the supplier, we can cancel it with no penalty, however, once we have placed the order and the item is shipped to us, we are not able to offer refunds on special ordered items.
