If you have learned the basics of crochet and want to try to make a garment for the first time, this workshop is for you! This 2-session workshop will guide you through each part of constructing this cute crochet jacket in a supportive small group setting.
required skills:
- Students should be comfortable with chain stitch, double stitch, single stitch and half double stitch.
what the class teaches:
- Crocheting in the round
- Making double crochet clusters, aka the Granny Stitch
- Seam panels together
- Measure for size and fit
- Finishing options for customization
what to bring
- 200g in multiple colours of worsted weight yarn (baby size)
- 800g in multiple colours of worsted weight yarn (adult, depends on size)
- 5mm hook
