Skill Level: Beginner to Experienced Felters
Catherine is pleased to offer this original design called “Wooly Friends “
Catherine will guide participants (beginners welcome!) as they “paint” with wool onto a 6”x6” felt background. Drawn image background will be prepared in advance by Instructor.
Each finished painting will be completed and framed in class.
Minimum of four participants per class required.

- None! This class is suitable for all levels.
what the class teaches:
- First time felters will learn how to use felting needles to apply different wool textures to their piece.
- learn about the different types of felting wool and felting tools.
- Some optional embroidery finishing technique instruction will also be offered.
what to bring
- Please bring a snack with you for lunch -- something that doesn't create mess and can be quickly eaten is ideal!
what's included
- All materials needed for the project will be provided.
- Framing for the project is included.
- Felting boards will be on loan.
